Step 3: Hold the drive motor so that the key slot on the shaft is perpendicular to the holding screw of the input end hole of the planetary gear motor, and pierce the drive motor shaft into the input end hole of the gear motor. When piercing, it is necessary to ensure that the concentricity of the two is parallel to the two flanges. It is necessary to find out the reason if the degrees of heart are not common or the flanges on the two sides are not parallel. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to use hammering during the installation, that is, it can prevent the axial force or radial force of the hammering from damaging the bearings of both bearings, and it can judge whether the cooperation between the two is appropriate by the feel of the device. The method of judging the co-concentricity and flange parallelism of the two is as follows: after the two penetrate into each other, the flanges of the two are basically tight and the gap is common.
Step 4: In order to ensure that the two flanges accept the force uniformly, first screw the driving motor fastening screws arbitrarily, but do not tighten; then gradually tighten the four fastening screws according to the diagonal position; finally tighten the reduction motor Hold the screw in the input end hole. Be sure to tighten the fastening screws of the drive motor first, and then tighten the screws at the input end of the geared motor.
Note: The correct device between the planetary geared motor and the mechanical equipment is similar to the correct device between the geared motor and the drive motor. The key is to ensure the concentricity of the output shaft of the geared motor and the input shaft of the driven part.
