Before installing the gear reducer, wipe the anti-rust oil on the motor input shaft, positioning boss and reducer connection parts with gasoline or zinc-sodium water. The installation process of the gear reducer:

Step 1 Before installation, confirm whether the motor and the reducer are in good condition, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connecting the motor and the reducer match. Here are the dimensions and matching tolerances of the motor positioning boss, the input shaft and the reducer groove.

Step 2 Unscrew the screws on the dust-proof holes on the outer side of the reducer flange, adjust the PCS system clamping ring so that the side holes are aligned with the dust-proof holes, and insert the hexagon socket to tighten. After that, remove the motor shaft key.

Three Steps Connect the motor to the reducer naturally. When connecting, it must be ensured that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor are consistent, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. Concentricity is inconsistent.

Before connecting the motor to the gear reducer, the keyway of the motor shaft should be perpendicular to the tightening bolt. When all of us install the gear reducer, we should go to Jinxiang to install according to the above installation process.
